However, if unforeseen regional developments, official travel restrictions, airspace closures or significant flight disruptions materially affect the safe operation of the tour, we offer flexible alternatives wherever possible — rescheduling, travel credit for a future date, or a suitable alternative itinerary — with no amendment fee from our side. Supplier penalties, non-recoverable costs or seasonal price differences may apply, and each situation is assessed individually.
