Arrival & Preparation
Meeting at 10:30 am at the Rozana Hotel in Muscat for a briefing, followed by lunch and a free afternoon to assemble bikes.
The Adventure
A six-stage ring route departing from Muscat at 06:00 am and returning to Muscat in the evening on the final day of riding.
Post-Ride
A free day for bike dismantling and final group dinner/debriefing.
Departure
Check-out from the hotel at 10:00 am.

Important Notes for Participants
- Mandatory Equipment: Participants must provide their own gravel bike (min. 45c tires), tent, sleeping bag (10° comfort), mattress, camp stove, lights, first aid kit, and basic repair tools.
- Included in Fee: Advice on setup, satellite tracking, 3 nights at the Rozana Hotel in Muscat with breakfast, 1 night in a luxury desert camp (half-board), and 1 night in a mountain hotel (breakfast included).
- Not Included: Flights, most meals/drinks, airport transfers, and mandatory travel insurance.
